Abstract
The first step of NACHO is the summarize step. To illustrate the procedures in NACHO an example is given based on public data obtained from the public repository Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO). For this example data is used that is composed of 734 microRNAs from 246 individuals and consists of microRNA signatures of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma at varying stages of the disease from two independent cohorts[1].
