Abstract
This paper puts forward the knowledge value chain(KVC) model based on the analysis of the literature.Three types of KVC had been found when we used the KVC model to research the managerial practice in 27 companies.In the end,the implication to the transformation of company,the management of knowledge work,and knowledge transmitting has been discussed.
