Abstract
Grain is prone to be contaminated by moulds including field and storage fungi and their mycotoxins.The mycotoxins have potential health consequences to the consumers,so it is so necessary to formulate perfect maximum level of mycotoxins of grain.This paper narrates the situation of maximum level of mycotoxins of grain and its shortages.
