The difference in blood concentration between two kinds of preparation forms: Naru-3 water pills and Naru -3 cataplasma is significant.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To observe the difference in blood concentration between two kinds of preparation forms: Naru-3 water pills and Naru-3 cataplasma.METHODS Using HPLC.RESULTS Meaconitine can be measured within 1 hour in rabbit plasma by oral administration;plasma concentration of meaconitine was 0.109 6 mg·L-1;at the 6th hour,it reached the peak level-1.061 mg·L-1and then dropped rapidly,at the 24 th hour it reduced to 0.175 43 mg·L-1.Plasma concentration of meaconitine of Naru-3 cataplasma could not be detected when it was given after 1 h,at the 3th hour the plasma concentration was 0.133 2 mg·L-1,at the 6th hour it was 0.209 8 mg·L-1,at the 18th hour,it reached the peak level-1.224 mg·L-1,then the plasma concentration of meaconitine fell slowly,it dropped to 0.172 1 mg·L-1 at the 48th hour.CONCLUSION The difference in blood concentration between two kinds of preparation forms: Naru-3 water pills and Naru-3 cataplasma is significant.
