SHH pathway play an important role in PDGF-induced VSMC proliferation as shown by the results of laser confocal microscopy, western-blot and qRT-PCR which showed that the expressions of shh, patched1 and Gli2 of SHH pathway was activated in the PD GF-inducedVSMC proliferation.
