Studies on Pharmacological Actions of the Effective Parts for Psoriasis in Flos Daturae(I)——The Anti-inflammatory,Anti-titillation and Anti-anaphylaxis Actions of Flos daturae

Objective:To elucidate the anti-inflammatory,anti-titillation of skin,anti-anaphylaxis actions of the effective parts in Flos Daturae.Methods:The anti-inflammatory and anti-titillation action on swelling ear of mice induced by xylene and swelling toe of rat induced by 10% OVA;and on cavia cobaya skin induced by 0.35% histamine phosphate respectively.Antianaphylaxis action was observed on cavia cobaya according to the index of gasping twitch caused by the miscible liquids of acetylcholine and histamine.Results:The effective parts of Flos Daturae remarkably inhibited the ear swelling,increased histamine dosage which lead to skin itching of cavia cobaya,evidently extended delitescence of allergic asthma on cavia cobaya caused by the miscible liquids of acetylcholine and histamine.Conclusions:The effective parts of Flos Daturae have many obvious pharmacological actions,including anti-inflammatory,anti-titillation of skin and antianaphylaxis actions.
