Abstract
The relationship of the initial filling rate,the static pressure value,the static rate of evaporation are researched,in order to provide the theoretical basis for the online inspection of liquefied nature gas cylinders.The results showed that,static rate of evaporation of liquefied natural gas cylinder and static boost value is proportional to the static rate of evaporation,static evaporation rate is greater,the greater the value of static pressure rise.When the initial rate of evaporation of liquefied nature gas cylinders is 70% ~90%,static boost can accurately,quickly and intuitively reflect the performance of heat insulation cylinder,can be used as a method to evaluate the insulation performance of liquefied natural gas cylinder for online testing.
