Abstract
Through the analysis on the theory and standard of "three zones" of gob spontaneous combustion and in combination with the observation to the "three zones" in 3107 fully mechanized caving face,this paper analyzed the change regularity of temperature and CO and O2 concentrations in the rear gob and determined the range of the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion according to the length of oxidization temperature-rise zone in the gob and the shortest ignition period of the coal seam.This site observation method is simple,easier realization and can accurately divide the "three zones" in gob during mining,so it provided scientific basis for fire prevention and control of the follow-up working face.
