tlooto Summary
Researchers successfully developed a single-stage reverse sequencing combination hydrocracking-hydrotreating process (FHC-FHT) to produce clean diesel from high nitrogen shale oil feedstock, achieving yields of up to 81% and low sulfur content.
Abstract
The pilot plant tests have been performed for preparation of clean fuel with Fushun shale oil as feedstock by single-stage reverse sequencing combination hydrocracking hydrotreating process(FHC-FHT) developed by the SINOPEC Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemical(FRIPP).The pilot test results show that the clean diesel which meets the standards of Europe Ⅴ diesel and low-sulfur,low-nitrides,high-quality naphtha can be produced from high nitrogen shale oil feedstock by this process. The yield of main product of middle distillate(160~370 ℃) is up to 81.29%,and the sulfur content of it is lower than 10 ppm. These prove that the process has a good adaptability to different feedstocks, high production flexibility and good product quality.
