Abstract
In order to avoid the influence of the coal mining on the special air- return way in 1231( 1) working face in a mine,analysis was made by numerical simulation on the floor stress distribution laws in the auxiliary haulage gate during coal mining of the working face,the spatial position of the special air-return way in the face was reasonably optimized and finally it was determined that the horizontal distance between the special air-return way of the face and the upper auxiliary haulage gate was8 m and the vertical distance between them was 25 m. The asymmetry support scheme for the surrounding rock of the special airreturn way was proposed according to its deformation characteristics before and after coal mining. The field practice showed that the support effect of the special air-return way was good and its surrounding rock can maintain stable during the mining influence.
