Evaluating the Environmental Value Schedule of Pollutants Mitigated in China Thermal Power Industry

The thermal power industry is one of the main pollution sources in China,which has resulted in considerable economic damage.In order to establish the environmental value schedule(EVS)of pollutants mitigated in this industrial sector,the authors apply the theory of environmental economics.This application is based on China's pollution charge schedule (PCS) on total emission and the U.S.EVS.Finally,the environmental value of SO-2,NO-x and TSP,etc.is evaluated.
