Effects of estradiol on the expression of Wnt5A,ROR2 and β-catenin in cultured melanocytes
tlooto Summary
Estoadiol-induced chloasma probably associates with the activation of the noncanonical Wnt5A/ROR2 signaling pathway.
Abstract
Objective:To determine the effects of estradiol on the expression of Wnt5 A,R0R2 and β-catenin of the noncanonical Wnt5A/ROR2 signaling pathway in cultured melanocytes. Methods:Cultured melanocytes were randomly divided into two groups(n = 6):DMEM culture solution group(group A) and 50 nM estradiol group(group B).The levels of Wnt5 A,R0R2 and p-catenin in melanocytes were detected by Western blotting after the incubation of 6 hours. Results:The levels of Wnt5 A and ROR2 in group B were higher than that in group A(P0.05),while the levels of p-catenin in the both group were equivalent(P0.05).Conclusion:Estoadiol-induced chloasma probably associates with the activation of the noncanonical Wnt5A/ROR2 signaling pathway.
