Abstract
Objective:To study the antibiotic functions of water infusion and ethyl alcohol extract of Portulacaoleracea L. on Escherichia coli,Staphyloccus aureus, Mucor and Aspergillus niger. Methods:The qualitative analysis was used by the filter papers and the quatitative analysis was done by spectrophotometry.Results:The antibiotic functions of the ethy1 alcohol extract on bacterium in better than that of the water infusion.Conclusoins:The ethyl alcohol extract of Portulacaoleracea L. has a stroger antibiotic functions on bacterium in vitvo
