Abstract
Corneal opacity is one of the important post-mortem changes.The effects of the specific structure of collagen,the interaction of collagen with proteoglycan and the changes of ionic strength in the corneal stroma on the corneal opacity were introduced in this paper,and the possibility to use the corneal opacity in forensic application was also discussed.
