Abstract
Molecular weight and its distribution of chitosan hydrolysis catalyzed process using special celulase was studied by GPC. Thus the different low-molucniar weight chitosan and chitooligosaccharide were prepared. Molecular wight and its distribution of the product of hydrolysis catalyzed are affected by hydrolysis temperature, pH, time and concentration of emzyme. The reaction condition for preparetion chitooligosaccharide is as following: Chitosan concentration of 1%, reaction temperature at 58℃. pH=5.3.10% quaality of emzyme,reaction time for 23h.
