tlooto Summary
Saulatine, an isoquinobenzazepine type alkaloids, was obtained from Papaveraceae for the first time and isocorybulbine was firstly obtained from Corydalis yanhusuo.
Abstract
AIM To isolate alkaloids from the tuber of Corydalis yanhusuo for evaluating the quality of Corydalis germ plasm. METHODS Chromatographic and spectroscopic methods were used to isolate and identify the alkaloids. RESULTS Thirteen alkaloids were obtained, among which, twelve compounds were identified as d -corydaline, tetrahydropalmatine, dehydrocorydaline, tetrahydrocoptisine, tetrahydroberberine, isocorybulbine, protopine, tetrahydrocolumbamine, palmatine chloroform, saulatine, glaucine and dehydroglaucine respectively. CONCLUSION Saulatine, an isoquinobenzazepine type alkaloids, was obtained from Papaveraceae for the first time and isocorybulbine was firstly obtained from Corydalis yanhusuo .
