Construction of implanted gastric cancer model of SD rats and comparison of inducing-cancer rates with different construction ways

The biological behavior of SD rat orthotopic transplantation model with direct injection method is similar with natural growth process of human Gastric cancer, and it can be served as a valuable tool for the experiments of transfer mechanism of gastric cancer and anti-transfer.
