Abstract
The study of amblyopia can provide an important guideline for the ophthalmologists in treating of it.With the establishment of animal model with amblyopia and use of more new techniques,more advances have been made in study of morphology,electrophysiology and molecular changes in the course of amblyopia.This article mainly reviews the discovery and achievement of amblyopia in recent years.
