Abstract
Researchers at the Texas Transportation Institute are exploring the effectiveness of value pricing methods such as that used in the QuickRide program as a way of alleviating traffic congestion. The study involves determining how to price lanes, what types of marketing and signage work best in informing the public about tolls and how best to enforce tolls and alert drivers to current tolls.
