Experiment and research on permeable crystallization self-repairing performance of concrete

According to the self-repairing theory,a type of permeable crystallization concrete material with crack self-repairing performance was designed to address the leakage of concrete structure and the aging and degeneration effects of waterproofing material.The performance of permeable crystallization materials and the preparation method of permeable crystallization concrete with self-repairing were introduced.The influence of volume ratio of permeable crystallization materials on concrete performance was analyzed based on experiments and a rational range of volume ratio was suggested.The strength recovering ratio tests and the second impermeability tests were conducted According to the function mechanism of permeable crystallization materials,experiment results were analyzed.The result show that the permeable crystallization concrete itself has the crack self-repairing function.
