Judicial Review - from Angst to Empathy

Sek Keong Chan, the Chief Justice of Singapore, delivered a lecture to Singapore Management University Second Year Law students entitled 'Judicial review - from angst to empathy'. He spoke about judicial review and addressed a perceived sense of unease about the dormant state of judicial review in Singapore and also the notion that the courts might have something to do with it.
