Semantics and Semiotics of the Explanation of Reality: A Brief Look into Some Semantic Properties of Langan’s CTMU

For now though, we must remain content with sitting back and analyzing its properties, imbibing its metaphysical insights. In this brief paper, specifically, I intend to analyze some of the CTMU's logico-semantic aspects, engaging with what Langan terms the "trialic limit" of reality, whereby its intensional and extensional aspects "fold in" upon one another, closing up into the self-dual, self-informing identities. From this necessary aspect of reality, Langan concludes that, "information ‘about' the state and evolution of the system on all scales equates to the evolution of the system itself", as the transduction of information instantaneously (metatemporally) melds reality's intensional and extensional aspects. From this, we then conclude that the "why?", at this level of ontological investigation, becomes, in every possible sense, equivalent to the "how?".
