Knowledge Management Tools Influence on Organizational Performance in Bangladesh

By analyzing the result of implementing the KM tools, this paper mainly tries to clarify their impact on organizational performance. In order to collect a series of data and figures, a group of the top and mid-level managers of the organizations were gathered to fill in the self-administered questionnaire survey. For the purpose of achieving research objectives, descriptive figures were adopted with multiple regression. All the achieved statistics show that 3 tools are mainly used in these organizations, which are the internet, intranet and training and support (E-learning).
