Abstract

ABSTRACT Much concern has been expressed on MEDLIB-L and other listservs about how hospital librarians should respond to the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, followed by the anthrax scare. This article is an effort to compile information gleaned from many sources (thanks to our MEDLIB-L colleagues) and to put it all in one place for easy access should it ever be needed. It is noted that this is not a comprehensive list but one designed to provide information to the staff of one hospital. The authors welcome and appreciate additions to the list, which by necessity, will have to be kept up to date even as they hope it will never be used.
