B. Plan Changes

- When you upgrade, the value of the unused portion of your existing paid plan will be prorated and deducted from the price of the new plan.
- The unused portion will be calculated on a 30-day basis for monthly plans and a 365-day basis for annual plans.
- Downgrade: A downgrade to a lower-tier plan will take effect at the next renewal after the current subscription period ends. You may continue using your existing plan for the remainder of the current subscription period.
- Changing plans does not reset your current weekly usage or scheduled weekly reset date.
C. Monthly Plan Refunds
- If you cancel a monthly plan before the end of the subscription period and request a refund, the refund will be prorated based on the unused portion of a 30-day period.
- The refund will be calculated using the amount actually paid for the applicable monthly plan.
- Access to the monthly plan will end when the refund is approved.
D. Annual Plan Refunds
- If you cancel an annual plan before the end of the subscription period and request a refund, you may continue using the Services until the end of the monthly usage period in which the refund request is made.

- The charge for each month already used will be calculated using the regular monthly price before any annual-plan discount.

- If the calculated refund amount is zero or less, no refund will be provided.
- Detailed calculation methods and refund procedures are governed by our Payment and Refund Policy.
